    Hi Ted,
    We are surviving in our perpetual sunshine. In fact the courts right now are positively mobbed with people. I've never seen so many people here. Ozzie has arranged another picnic for Feb. 11, how about coming over and joining us. I'm sure you could use some sunshine and Vitamin D around now!
