B. Charles was in hospital for one week.
He was sick of his lungs for one week.
Are you OK now, Charles?
Doi, Ozzie, Sachiko, and so on are taking care of his shopping and transportation.
Charlie - we miss your daily visits. Hurry up and get your strength back so you can come and visit us all. Most of all though, let us know if we can do anything for you.
The Lord our creator gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. (Isaiah 40:29~30)

Charlie is feeling stronger each day. He is a fighter and he will be fine soon.
