No hemeless at ocean side, but more at mountain side

Waikiki residents and businesses have been complaining to the city about a homeless population that swelled to as many as 80 people in recent months.
Honolulu City and County crews started the clean up of Kapiolani Park on Monday morning.Teams replaced worn down picnic tables Monday afternoon as part of the city's effort to spruce up the park.Officials posted signs advising park users the area Ewa of Waikiki Aquarium is closed. So No hemeless at ocean side, but more at mountain side. The city's plan includes landscaping the grounds and fixing up the park's restrooms.The park will be close around the clock until April 24.
