The weather at Waikiki in Hawaii, is the best in the world. It is warm and dry throughout the year (70~90F). No hurricanes, no heavy rains, no earthquakes. Money can not buy weather. So here is the best place to play tennis and to realize the successful aging.

Double Trouble
Who is that man on the left? It looks like we've been invaded by two Ozzies. That man on the left is Ozzie's brother, Stanley. He doesn't play tennis but he stopped by the courts this past weekend to check out the action. Welcome, Stanley. Enjoy your trip to the islands.

Driving Ms. Hiromi
Say "Hi" to Ms. Hiromi and her limo driver, Mr. Bob. ;)
Bob and Hiromi met many years ago at the Kapiolani tennis courts. Bob was from California and Hiromi from Japan. Romance bloomed and wedding bells rang. Now, look at them. They are living happily ever after in Honolulu.

Hi Ricky
Here's Ricky resting after working on his tennis strokes. His knee issue has slowed him down some but, he's coming back. As a former tennis coach, Ricky also likes to help others with their game. He and his wife, Yuko, visit the Kapiolani courts daily. I'm so jealous. :)

How About Some Seaweed?
Near the Kapiolani tennis courts and behind the Waikiki Aquarium, three ladies display the invasive seaweed/algae that the University of Hawaii collected from the waters next to the Aquarium. They believe this seaweed covers up and destroys the reefs. The ladies told me that the seaweed is edible. Do you want some?
Susan

Life Gurd
