Is This a Foot Fault? :)

One of our fellow Kapiolani tennis players is about to hit the serve. Would you call this a foot fault?

• Al: I play with someone here in Chula Vista that lands almost on the service line after serving and no one dares to call foot fault during our friendly games. Same guy doesn't play in tournaments.
