Most of you probably heard the bad news about the very popular Bethanie Mattek-Sands, the world #1 doubles player, at Wimbledon. She badly injured her right knee during a singles match. Hopefully, it's not a career ending injury. Unfortunately for Bethanie and her doubles partner, Lucie Safarova, they were shooting for their fourth consecutive Grand Slam title in doubles. The pair had won the last three Grand Slam doubles championships (US Open, Australian Open, and French Open). The photo on the right was shot of Bethanie in February. Bethanie, we wish you a full and speedy recovery.
