In the midst of a close match, Ken (in the red shoes), who is a strong player, injured his calf muscle while trying to return a shot from Curt and Meg. Dr. Gerry (second from the right) discusses the injury with Ken who subsequently was driven to the emergency room by Ryan. Ken had just arrived from Chicago the night before and I believe this was his first match of his vacation. :(
It was something called 'tennis leg' and apparently not uncommon.....I'm doing much better now. Thanks to everyone who were there that morning help me, especially Dr. Gerry. I'll be back in August to catch up for the lost court time from that trip. Until then, have a great time everybody!!!
