On the Median Near the Tennis Courts...

This flower arrangement rests just across the street from the tennis courts. Usually, this means that there was a traffic fatality at the location. Our condolences to the affected families. Please be careful, everyone.

P.S. I was told that an individual was hit by vehicle while he was crossing the street at night.  :(
