There are some surprising big names that will be playing in it at the Blaisdell Arena. From the Hawaii Open:.
"This year's Hawaii Open is a combined men's and women's event that includes U.S. Open semi-finalist Kei Nishikori, two-time Gram Slam Champion Garbine Muguruza, Ryan Harrison, CoCo Vandeweghe, Jared Donaldson, Genie Bouchard, Mackenzie McDonald, 2016 Hawaii Open champion CiCi Bellis, Michael Mmoh, Christina McHale, and Kayla Day plus one other male player yet to be determined."
Local attendees: Joe & Barbara, Jojo, left-handed Miki, and myself. It looks like more of our players are expressing an interest to attend. We'll see.. In addition, Miki H. will be a volunteer worker for the tournament. Be there or be square!
