  2. Did he change his password?
People have a tendency to use the same password for lots of web sites.
You should not use your email password for any other site - that would cut down on chances of your password being stolen.

  4. Just got off the phone with Ozzie. He's currently in Washington and confirms that all of this is fraud. So, do not send any money. He also says, "Hi" to everyone.

  8. Chizuko,

Yes, I also received an email from the hacker requesting $. Probably all of Ozzie's friends in his email account received the request. So, don't send any money to the hacker. However, you're more than welcome to send me money anytime. :)

    1. no clue whatsoever. A while back I saw a Dateline Special about these hackers from Nygeria and they very good. Unfornately they are hard to catch and proscecute. Some people lost money from their bank accounts. Lucky for Ozzie and me its the email not the bank accounts. So everyone...think twice about online banking.
All my friends knew it was BS I'm asking them for money but a few business associates from the past and my personal banker were a little questionable. Thank God they called me.
