Fumiko also will arrive here tomorrow.

Now Japanese lady visitors; Akemi, Akiko, Ayano, Chizuko, Fumiko, Michiyo, Sachiko, Shima, Reiko and Japanese man visitors; Koba, Shibata, Yoshi, Yosindo are staying here and Jin Kihara will arrive soon.

Sachiko returned from Yokosuka to her Waikiki Banyan condo today, she can play tennis from tomorrow. Aloha!!

No2コートを外に出て東方向に続くウォーキングロードこのまま真っ直ぐ進んでゆくと公園の東端入り口に行き当たります。その場所から右方向に進んで行くとダイヤモンド･ヘッドRDを上りサンライズ･ポイントに行きます。左方向に進むと公園周回ジョギングロードで少し進んだところにダイヤモンド･ヘッド･テニスコートに行きつきます。のんびり当てもなく歩いてみると新発見がありますよ。

These commands trigger chemical changes that affect the muscle's actions. The brain is in charge of everything. There are more than 6 hundred muscle groups in the body. But like anything that works hard, muscles get tired. When a muscle moves a lot, it uses up oxygen and food. Your heart tried to keep them satisfied, but it can not always keep up. That's why you need to rest. Muscles need to be pampered. Treat your muscles right, they will trat you right.

Art On The Zoo Feace

毎週末8時頃から動物園のカピオラニ公園側フェンス沿いで絵画の展示即売が行われています。1953年に始まりもう直ぐ60年を迎えようとする息の長い催しです。沢山の絵が好きな人達が思い思いの絵をフェンスに掛け皆さんに見てもらっています。色々な種類の絵がありユックリ歩いて鑑賞するのもいいものです。気に入った絵は、その場で購入できます。

Fwd: Andrews retirement

周回道路

カピオラニ公園から続く動物園を含んで回る周回道路がきれいに整備されています。一日中ジョギングをする人,散歩をする人と沢山の人達がこの道路を利用しています。アスファルトの道路脇には、土の道路もありジョギング,散歩で足裏に優しい感触を与えてくれます。

Michiyo & her husband Hisamoto came back to Hawaii yesterday.

But today they not yet ready to play tennis, they just watched their friends fun match on the bench.

Louisa teachs her daughter Kamea how to play tennis .

Louisa Medora moved from Southamton England to Nuuanu HI 2 months ago.

We are good friends : Ryan, Akiko, Shibata, Mayako, Shima, Steve, Sachi.

Bill (who lives in Kaimuki) came to the our courts this morning.

Happy Birthday Charlie...don't you miss this scorching hot heat on the East Coast? This summer has been brutal. I'm headed back to Miami Beach in 2 weeks for a couple of weeks of "vacation". My garden is doing great and I love the garden ripe tomatoes I am getting. I miss seeing you on your evening walk down Kalakaua Ave and hope you and all my tennis friends are doing well. Much aloha. 森のような

カピオラニ公園を上から眺めると森のような光景です。公園に配置されている木々がいい枝振りで気持ちのよい木陰を作ってくれ散策するには、本当によい場所です。散歩をしたり芝生広場でスポーツを楽しみ,バンドスタンドで賑やかに楽しんだり本当に良い環境です。

雨の処理

夜半の雨でコートが濡れているので早朝プレーヤーがドンドン集まり皆で手分けしてスポンジローラーで雨水の処理を行います。早くゲームをしたい気持ちがコート整備をしながら伝わってきます。水分が処理されると日差しが直ぐにコートを乾かしてくれます。
