The weather at Waikiki in Hawaii, is the best in the world. It is warm and dry throughout the year (70~90F). No hurricanes, no heavy rains, no earthquakes. Money can not buy weather. So here is the best place to play tennis and to realize the successful aging.

Mike, Ken and Wahyu - DH regulars and a nice bunch. As for me, you know that I am the tennis vagabond. I play with groups at Kilauea, Makiki, Diamond Head, Ke'ehi Lagoon, Ala Moana and of course....Kapiolani! That's one of the cool things about tennis, meeting different people and on multi-dimensional level. The tennis courts at Diamond Head are in dire need of repairs. There are so many cracks in the surface that it's hard to "read" the ball sometimes; but nonetheless, it's always fun. Even though I've experienced a few people so far that take the game a little too seriously at times, I've noticed that the higher caliber players do not - that's "real" and "humble."
