Who is this Man?

Do you know this person? All of his worldly possessions are in that cart he's pushing around. He's a nice guy and likes to play tennis. Incidentally, he's celebrating his birthday on Saturday. He says that he's 31 years old.

Incidentally, one of the coconut trees close to this man fell over about 30-60 minutes after this photo was taken.  We're fortunate that no one got hurt.
