Possible Tennis Court Closures

I just received an email that at this moment, 2 p.m. today, there is a meeting at Honolulu Hale to discuss closing ALL parks and recreation departments effective July 1, 2010. This includes all parks and senior centers. Lights and water will be turned off and locks installed on all gates to keep people from using the facilities, to help the City and County Budgets. Tennis courts will not be available and all senior classes will be discontinued.
