Gusty trade winds will persist through tomorrow slowly backing down for the rest of the week. A WIND ADVISORY IS POSTED for parts of Maui County and the Big Island until midnight tonight.
Showers are lingering for windward sides but the disturbance responsible for the splashes is moving east. Drier conditions are forecast as the clump of moisture moves away. Leeward sides will only see isolated showers.
The surf is small island wide. A small boost is due into northwest shores on Wednesday.
A BOX JELLYFISH ADVISORY is on for tomorrow mostly for south shores. Be sure to check with lifeguards before jumping into the ocean.
