毎月最初の日曜日7時カピオラニ公園クイーンカピオラニ銅像前スタート10Kmラン,5Kmウォークのレースが開催されています。当日登録も可能で2$払ってゼッケンをもらいスタートの合図でスタートするとゴールタイムを測定してくれます。10Kmは、ダイヤモンドヘッドロードを上りトライアングルパーク,カハラを少し回って帰ってきます。5Kmは、トライアングルパークを回って帰ってきます。ジョギングやランに興味のある方は、参加してみて下さい。We have 10 k/m run and 5 k/m walk race on the first Sunday monthly at 7:00am start from a statue of Queen Kapiolani in Kapiolani park. We can registration on the day to pay $2.00 and get a runner’s number we’ll know time a run or walk. A running course is go up Daiamond head road, triangle park and Kahala a little bit. A walking course is just make a round triangle park. If you are interested in jogging or run try that.
